My work out routine consists of change up, and moderation. I make sure I work out at least 3 times per week. Usually I do 2 days cardio, and try to keep it under 30 minutes, and one day of light strength training. Per week 2.5 hours total works great for me. I am able to maintain a heathly lifestyle and stay in check with my diet. I eat what ever I want but try to make good choices. When I am busy, food it fuel. When I not busy I like to take time to enjoy going out to dinner and not stress about it.
